When we checked in they let us check in early for free and upgraded our room. Very nice hotel and kid-friendly, they sent a baby crib up to our room so it was there when we arrived. Nice breakfast and gym. We go to Taichung often and we’ll make this our regular hotel.

I didn't visit the pool. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. Recommended.

Big Room and friendly staff

The room is very spacious, and the front desk staff are friendly. The room service team also does an excellent job cleaning the room efficiently. Location is slightly inconvenient since it is Taichung… subway is not anywhere close.

Super hotel with an artistic vibe.

Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly.

Wonderful hotel in good location. Fantastic large room with great bathroom and super sized bed Lovely open air pool on the roof about 12 metres long. Open in the mornings and evenings. Good selection of items in the breakfast. All staff were very friendly.

The room is really huge and staffs were kind. The parking was ok and the location is also ok. I would like to visit again if I have any chance to visit Taiwan again. 방 넓고 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋아요. 기계식 주차하고 조식은 그냥 그런데 , 나혼산 족발집도 가깝고, 위치도 나쁘지 않고 가성비 대비 좋아요 솔직히 재방문의사있어요

Overnight in Taichung

Great choice for a hotel. Quick check in and out. Premier Suite is spacious. Bathroom floor is a bit slippery after shower. Easy to find hotel in a bustling neighborhood.

We love the rooms! They are pretty big and beautiful, and the king-size bed makes our stay comfortable. I love the separate hot tub. The staff at the front desk is very accommodating and friendly. The only downside is I could hear a little noise from the next room, so it might be something to note for people sensitive to sounds. We also hope the person at the parking can be a bit more friendly initially. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at this hotel.
