盛諾亞 3 星級飯店

「I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!!...

「Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was nice and well stocked. Has Dove products for use. Nice comfy king size bed. Dark out curtains that actually do their job. My only complaint is the pillows could be a little firmer. Also my number one complaint was one of the janitors was mopping the entrance when we arrived. We carefully walked around but a crowd of people walked in behind us, which caused him to drop the mop and exclaim “G-d dammit” and walk away. Not cool at all. 」

「We booked a room over the weekend. Somehow the booking was scheduled wrong by Expedia and the hotel was SO accommodating. They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!」

「No clue. Office was closed when we arrived. Not able to access room. After hours line in box full so can’t reach anyone. Had to pay for another hotel as this place was non refundable.」
