"All elevators not working and the staff just puts you on hold. Had to walk 17 flights of stairs with luggage and trade show gear with freshly operated on elbow. Marriott continues to slide from the legacy it once was."

"The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A small continental breakfast would be appreciated for guests who don’t have time for a sit down breakfast but need a “quick bite”. Thank you!"

"Overall property was great close especially if you are coming to any sporting events everything is within walking distance. Also from the valet and all staff inside of hotel everyone was helpful. I did not try out the gym but everything was great for the price to be in Uptown Charlotte. "

"Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum Center."
