"The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the happy hour with food as well as the great breakfast with lots of choices. We have stayed at the Drury in the past and will stay there again when visiting Richmond. "

"The hotel was very nice. I added the breakfast option for my party of 4 when I booked which saved us about 23 bucks. The pool was great and there was a little hot tub attached to it. "

"This place was breathtaking! Our family of four stayed there. Our favorites were the concierge (so sweet), the history of the building, the game room (with tons of outdoor seating), and the views from our place on the 30th floor. The location was great as well. We felt completely safe in the building with two littles. The only thing we would have changed was the reservation process. $500 deposit and photos with our ids made us uneasy. Overall, this is gem and we will definitely be back!"

"Not the worst but not the best. The whole place smelled like sewage for the entire stay and felt like the air quality wasnt the best. The staff was nice and greeted us. Wish that cleaning staff came more often. If you need a quick place to stay for one night only, its not bad. Facilities needs some updates and care to it. Maybe just air out all of the rooms"

"From the moment we arrived to the hotel it was all such a smooth and easy process . The staff greeted us with a big smile , The rooms are really clean and BEAUTIFUL ( I appreciated all the beautiful colors incorporated in the interior design/ decor and checkout was smooth as well ! Breakfast food was so tasty and made our morning ! "

"The stay was just okay. The staff was very kind. The handicapped room was clean. The shower was terrible. There was very little water pressure and the shower did not drain properly so water went all over the floor making it very dangerous for someone with mobility issues. The television did.not work."
