"Booked at the last minute so I didnt have as much time to read the reviews as I would normally. I was pleasantly surprised. It is convenient, right off 55 with shops and place to eat nearby. The bathroom is a bit small but ok for just 1 person. I didnt get his name but front desk clerk at check in was really friendly and welcoming. I didnt have a chance to use any of the facilities offered. Would def stay here again."

"Check in and out were just fine. Staff were all friendly, especially the nice lady taking care of the breakfast. Room was clean. Two items in the room. Could not use the coffee maker. A part was missing. Also, please upgrade the pillows. So wore out and very soft. No support at all. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. "

"Excellent hotel, great amenities and the perfect location and in a great community. We enjoyed the river view, shops, restaurants and atmosphere of the entire property. Naperville Downtown is a fantastic destination, close to train station for access to Chicago. Love the area and hotel is amazing."

"Reservation for king size bed. None available. My husband is a very tall man and experiences medical issues. Space was needed. The employee that checked us in was very friendly. And, really tried to accommodate us. "
