「The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered. One day we came back and the room had not been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed out. Front desk was very helpful then. Breakfast omelettes were great, the rest of the food was fair.」

「Check in was great. I was able to get an early check in which helped me with my day. The women who checked me in was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I will say I was disappointed in the room. It looked clean at first, but then i started noticing everything. Lamp shades had old food stains and one actually had food stuck to it. When I turned the AC on, the bathroom ceiling tiles actually would go up and down and i ended turning it off because it was loud when the tiles would go back into...

「Could not process credit cards the first evening. Restaurant closed. Guest washing machine out of order. 3 night stay but housekeeping never made a single appearance. Ran out of towels and facial tissue. Water and tea/coffee never replenished. Key cards deactivated on second night of stay. Bathtub could not be used. No stopper. Shower curtain too short. Water everywhere. Overall clean and quiet but very disappointed. Free onsite parking was the only bonus.」
