「I have to say this is the best experience we have ever had. The staff has been so accommodating to us my mother has been in the hospital here in Chicago and we have been here for almost a week since we live 2 hours away. All of the managers and girls at the desk are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean I would give 10 stars if it allowed! 」

「The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered. One day we came back and the room had not been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed out. Front desk was very helpful then. Breakfast omelettes were great, the rest of the food was fair.」

「Check in was great. I was able to get an early check in which helped me with my day. The women who checked me in was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I will say I was disappointed in the room.
