「Beds were comfortable and Hot Breakfast was excellent because of the choices from cereals to hot scrambled eggs and sausage. Front desk staff were very friendly. She was attentive and provided us with the breakfast times.」

「The hotel itself was decent, but the staff could’ve been more professional and friendlier. The fitness center was a bit isolated and a man who appeared to be the janitor was hanging around up there and looking in, which was creepy.」

「Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This...

「Very quiet area right off the interstate. Super convenient if you want to stay close to downtown, but not in downtown. We were able to drive to all the hotspots in 20 minutes without any trouble. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel was quiet, even though we had an entire youth baseball team staying at the same place while we were there... we heard them by the pool, but nowhere else. Good breakfast options. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. A great stay!」
