「Overall is good. Nice hotel, it will be great if they can offer more options on food.」

「We were very pleasantly surprised by the location. The hotel is fairly brand new with two other brand new hotels right near it as well as a Meijer store and gas station. My daughter loved that there was even a Chick Filet right around the corner. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, the rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and my daughter was thrilled with her breakfast options, especially the biscuits and gravy. She plays soccer tournaments in the Grand Rapids area quite alot and...

「The breakfast had a lot of varied options- I liked the scrambled eggs, yogurt w/ berry compote and granola and bagels! I slept so well on the bed- super comfy mattress, bedding and pillows. The location was perfect to explore downtown Grand Rapids with plenty of great restaurants,art, museums and shopping (not to mention the views along the Grand River) ! 」

「I was most impressed with the parking situation. I was concerned before arriving that parking and loading and unloading over 300# of luggage and gear would be a problem, but that was not the case at all. The area reserved for use in the parking ramp was on the same level as our room, so rolling our cart from the car to the room every day was quite a simple chore. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well furnished. And the staff was friendly and very helpful.」
