「There was makeup wrappers on the floor by the lamp and window. The coffee pot was unappealing very dusty and unclean looking. Faint smell of cigarette smoke. Can literally see into the hallways through the door cracks. The headboard was peeling and the furniture looked like it could use a real good deep cleaning. I felt very ick. The pictures provided are very deceiving. The outside entrance going into the building could use some work too. I was already regretting it as we walked in.」

「We stayed here for one night during a road trip. We unpacked, went to dinner, and when we got back we were hanging around when we noticed a bug on the shade. Then another, then another. After we started looking for them, we ended up catching about 20 all throughout the room. On walls, on the floor, on the windows. It was truly disgusting. At this point it was late and we were tired, but we also were concerned if we asked for a new room we would have the same problem. So we spent a restless night...

「Great property in Rapid City! All the staff we encountered were incredibly helpful. From check-in to breakfast each morning, they were always available to help with any of our needs. The gym is great, clean and so much great equipment to choose from. Even had a chance to do a load of laundry in the laundromat area. Easy to use and ran a load of laundry while I did a workout. Breakfast has great options. We are always satisfied with our meals. The waterpark is an obvious highlight for our...
