「The property outside, lobby, and breakfast area were very clean. The breakfast choices were very satisfying. The staff were exceptional -- professional and friendly. However, the elevator mat looked like it was never vacuumed our entire stay (Thursday - Monday). Additionally, the carpet in our room # 210 was not vacuumed very well. The bathroom was not sparkling clean. To be honest, if our trip with hotel had not been prepaid, I would have cancelled my reservation and booked with another...
