「The TV is overly complicated and didn't actually get all the channels it claimed. The toilet in our room was very low and stained, almost as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The bottom sheet on the bed was too small so was always coming untucked. The last couple days there were bags of trash and linens simply laying in the hall. Staff were never available in a timely manner to help with anything (like the complicated TV.) On the plus side, they did have a fair variety for breakfast. I would...

「The property had an unpleasant odor. Especially the 2nd floor. There were a pair of used socks in the closet (one was stuck to the wall). Brown spots and hair in the bathroom sink. A very loud couple between 12-2 a.m. Other guests slamming doors, etc. in an effort to quiet them. Coffee pot did not work and leaked water all over. Went to get coffee at 6:30a.m., both pots were out and no help to be found. Juice machine was empty and (scrambled) eggs were still powdery and inedible. This is not my...

「This was a very nice place to stay. The room layout is very practical and everything is still very new. The breakfast was very good and Christy at the reception desk was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, although the water was very cold. The fitness room was very useful and we appreciated that it is open 24 hours per day. The only issue was poor water pressure in the shower. Christy said she would put it on the maintenance list.」
