「It’s an older property that appears to have been updated at some point in the past. Overall I would only rate it as a 2 star property. Also, not at all a good value for what we had to pay. I would not stay there again.」

「Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude」

「The place is really old and run down. Our personal room had ripped curtains, cracked tiles on the floor. The toilet was broken and wobbles. Couldn't even use the pull out bed. It had a huge red stain on the mattress and was loaded with potato chip crumbs.」

「During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the...
