「The shared area between cabins was fun for my kids & the lake was beautiful. The area seemed safe and parking was not an issue, plus there was easy access to the many Mackinac activities. We arrived to discover there were no sheets on beds and no towels. The listing says “towels provided” and does not mention bringing your own sheets. We called the owner who responded promptly, but stated only one hand towel was provided, and we could get sheets and bath towels for an added fee. Despite my...

「Very nice setting, was quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the paddle boats and kayaks. Disappointed in cabin cleanliness. Hot water was limited, had to run the shower 10-15 minutes before water became hot and in order to get hot water to kitchen sink. Cabin had overall musty smell. It is advertised as vintage, but needs some maintenance.」
