「Front reception was very rude. We had late check out and had to pay $45 to stay until 3pm but were told we had to leave by 1pm but still had to pay the same price. House keeping then knocked on our door every 20 minutes so we couldn’t sleep anyways. Would pay more to stay any where else. Doors and walls are thin and there’s “water fountains” on the floors that are just for looks, no water or ice」

「We had a rough stay here. While I understand this isn't a 4-star hotel, our basic needs were not met. When initially booking this place, it said there was a continental breakfast. There wasn't. It forced us to spend additional money on breakfast. We had many cleanliness issues as well. The floors were so dirty, like they haven't been mopped in years. The grounds were also gross.
