「The pillows provided in our room were extremely firm and oversized, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, everyone in our family developed neck pain and muscle spasms, and we struggled to get a good night’s sleep during both nights of our stay. When I raised the issue, I was told that there were no alternative pillows available and was advised to use the comforter instead, which was not a practical solution. 「I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.」

「We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were nice sized and maintained. The free breakfast was what you would except and there was something for everyone. The room itself was a bit rundown and plain, but clean and served its purpose. For the money, this was a good option. Friendly and helpful staff!」
