「I did not feel the hotel had first class amenities. The room was clean. It only had 1 office chair. No comfy chairs. No place for two people to sit and have their morning coffee. The seats in the lobby were dirty」

「The hotel was dog friendly and my room smelted like dog. I think they should have certain reserved rooms for pets and their owners. People have allergies to animal dander. In our other room the office chair had dried spillage on it and the toilet paper holder spun around dumping the roll. Breakfast was as expected, good.」

「Only thing I didn’t like was the small parking lot on property but this is not different than any other hotel in a city. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Pet rooms should ALWAYS have laminate flooring NEVER carpet. The carpet felt nasty! Definitely had to wear shoes at all times. The walls are also paper thin. They have amazing shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap!!!」

「Everything was excellent except the beds. They are too high, too soft around the edges to allow one to sit on the edge and swing yourself onto the rest of the bed. I'd love to stay there again, but simply can't put up with another night or two of compromised sleep.」

「The person checking us in was distracted by another employee so didn't complete telling us all the information ie time of breakfast, wifi code etc. Even though they knew we had 3 people in the room there was only 2 k cups available. Morning staff was more helpful」
