「We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter」

「I appreciated the kind & wonderful service from Louis from check-in until 3 days post trip, the call from Erlene to let me know we had left a bag in the room. I am assuming there was a kids event and it was some running in the hallways, doing kid things but it was quickly taken care of by staff. The breakfast options were good and stayed stocked. That breakfast staff were great as well. We drove from Detroit to visit friends for homecoming weekend and attend the Ravens game and the commute...
