「 My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully...

「Incrível! Expandi a minha estadia por duas vezes, no Atlântico Avenida. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento que recebi da camareira Sueli, que assiste ao 7° andar. Agiu comigo com muita distinção, sempre solicita, interessada em meu bem estar na estadia. Nem em um hotel com mais de cinco estrela recebi um acolhimento assim!!!」

「Excelente localização, ótimo café da manhã, muito seguro, os recepcionistas e todos que trabalham no hotel são muito competentes e foram super gentis comigo e com a minha esposa. Em resumo eu recomendo o hotel, inclusive quando voltar ao Rio de Janeiro eu pretendo me hospedar no hotel de novo. Só recomendo que seja feita revisão no ar-condicionado, pois o mesmo não estava funcionando 100%, mas isso não influenciou em nada durante a minha estadia.」
