My experience at Hotel Atlantico Star was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were serious issues with our reservation and the hotel tried to make us book again at a higher price, claiming our reservation had been canceled. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and inconvenience for our group. The situation was poorly handled and the service was not helpful in resolving the problem. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Atlantico Star was a convenient hotel to stay in the copacabana zone. It was a functional hotel where everything feels old, but still works very good. The place definitily needs an upgrade to more moderns facilities becausa it has a good potencial. Instead this, i do not have anyproblem with my stay and the price payed was less than other hotels in the area.

The place is a mess, horribly dirty, the room felt clean, but was in very poor conditions, bathroom is pretty old, electrical outlets were just wires sticking out of the wall in some parts, bedsheets had a hole, mattresses were bad... but was also cheap. I can't expect much from a cheap place, but, the pictures here are way better than what you're getting, I'd say stay away,
