My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The room could have been cleaner. The sheets on the bed had blood stains. The sheet was clean but stained.

We order food on Saturday evening , I had to call for the plates to be picked on Monday , no cleaning service at all . Not to mention the room was dirty , towels were old and stained , bathroom floor dirty . The TV stopped working on the first night , had to be replaced after I called and a grumpy guy came to check it. Internet didn't work properly until it stopped completely. Elevator didn't work for 2 days , only one working on a 19 stories building full for the holidays. The reception doesn't answer the phone , we had to go downstairs for information on TV , internet, etc..

O Check-in do hotel é muito demorado tempo de espera longo e ainda cobram uma taxa de 30,00 reais para guardar a mala, então se você chega no horário perde de uma a 2 horas do seu passeio ou trabalho devido a demora… o Café no primeiro dia desci as 09:30 e não tinha mais nada para servir, disseram que não iam repor pois o café se encerra as 10:00 e foi a única resposta que recebi!
