The hotel was very centrally located in the city center. The check in process was fairly easy so I was optimistic because the lobby looked pretty clean and modern. at first glance, The room looked clean and tidy. But there were numerous thinigs in need of repair or replacing. Most noteably, the beds. Both "double beds" mattresses were tattered, torn and riddles with holes, which wasn't hard to see because the only bedding was twin size mattress pad under a tucked flat sheet, and a second flat sheet. two black accent pillow that (without a black light) had visible crusted stains on both! In the closet was an additional, dingy white "comforter" that had seen better days and was stained. The pool, was cloudy and merky, but the bartender Fabio was amazing. The food at the restaurant was amazing but the fried chicken turned me off when I tore off a piece and busted a vein. Ew. All in all, for rhis to be a "SOFT OPENING", there were too many things unfinished and ill maintained to open soft or hard.

Hotel tá de parabéns, mas os recepcionistas deveriam trabalhar com mais cordialidade, tem que aprender que aquele serviço prestado é pago, eu observei por várias vezes e vários recepcionista como são grosso com os hóspedes, observei que no checkout o tratamento era desumano,presenciei dois hóspedes indignado, mas tinha toda a razão, uma funcionária para atender tanta gente. Eu mesmo cheguei pela manhã e a fila enorme com apenas uma recepcionista. E quando eu vi mais de uma, todos tinha o mesmo comportamento, não tinha como elogiar nenhum recepcionista, todos grossos.

Vale o custo benefício. Tive algumas questões relacionadas a outros hospedes, hotel extremamente barulhento, pessoas conversando no corredor durante a madrugada. Um homem bêbado tentou abrir a porta do meu quarto durante a noite, aparentemente era gringo e havia confundido o quarto, conforme passado por recepção. Presenciei a entrada de uma pessoa em situação de rua com um hóspede, pela forma que disfarçaram a entrada realmente não era um hóspede, posso até estar enganada. Mas foram situações que de alguma forma oferecem riscos, e o hotel pouco se importou.

Hotel em reforma e com os ambientes desorganizados. Elevadores insuficientes para a quantidade de hospedagem, alguns estavam desativados. Atendimento da recepção desqualificado, com profissionais despreparados para resolução de demandas. Café da manhã com buffet pouco variado e ambiente sem circulação de ar e/ou ar condicionados.

o hotel em si é bom, mas no momento do check in houve uma fila desnecessária. Haviam 3 funcionários, 3 computadores e só 1 trabalhava de fato. A limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar, o banheiro com vidro definitivamente sujo e com sujeira de corpo de outros hóspedes. O colchão era de qualidade bem ruim. O atendimento por outro lado foi bom, o café da manhã bem saboroso e a tv do quarto bacana.
