「Negatives: This sounds like it was outdated for decades and then instead of renovating, someone bought it in a cheap price and tried to use it as it is. The AC was extremely noisy. The toilet fixtures have rusty, the coffee maker was very dirty and not usable, the fitness center AC was off and locked, from 4 tools in fitness center, 3 of them were broken and one worked partially. The breakfast room was humid without a window. The receptionist did not explain the breakfast time. They expected...

「The hotel’s garage parking was full when we arrived. We were given a map with directions to another parking garage which is not managed by the hotel. It was after dark, confusing to find, dirty, and most concerning, was the number of people loitering in and around the parking garage, and on the walk back to a hotel. We were approached by some and it felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I knew there was hotel parking available upon arrival. The room was updated, spacious, and...
