「Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. There were a lot of mixed reviews. However, our room was clean and everything was in working order. I will say that the noises from upstairs were very prominent and you could hear footsteps when they walked about. Other than that, I am pleased with our stay.」

「This an older property, needs some love. One of the bedrooms did not have a door handle. No wash clothes provided. Was originally given the wrong code for entry.」

「The man at the front desk (and his dog, Sub!) were very kind and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful, extremely clean, and quiet. We were only there for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re back in Birmingham.」
