"Wanted to go to roof top bar before we left and there was vomit in the elevator, and they wouldnt let us use the stairs so we just left. Parking was horrible. Room was not clean. The sliding doors were horrible trying to get out to balcony. Pulled a muscle in my back trying to shut them. No in room coffee. No lobby coffee. So had to buy coffee at coffee shop below our room. Legs were all broke on both beds. Basically paying for the new rooftop bar and the view of the lake.👎"

"We were able to check in a little earlier as the rooms were ready. I appreciated the friendly staff. The room was clean and in good repair."
