「I wish we could choose the floor we wanted to be on. Theres no way to choose our rooms. We are 4 elderly ladies and could have used the extra room to have had moved around in. But overall we did have a great time at this location. Some rooms get garage parking while othets get street parking. Parking close to the Marbella is not always possible. 「The pool, hot tub, and ammenities were great. The basketball hoop was broken upon arrival, but they had ordered a new one and had it installed immediately. Parking was easy- we always had a spot. Alex at the front desk was the best! 」

「Condo was clean and cozy. We wish the laundry card was complimentary, that there was a vending machine in our laundry room and that the other vending machine had been stocked with soap. Easy walk to beach and close to highway.」

My mom and I were there for the week and not only loved the view, but how close it was to the beach and restaurants.The harbor just a walk away along with the pier and the farmers market right down the way. We caught a movie at the local theatre which was also walking distance, but a very short drive. 「Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. 」
