「The staff was amazing, the hotel is beautiful and food at Caroline's, while pricey, was delicious!!」

「Continental breakfast very limited options, not enough good and area was dirty. Water park also dirty with exposed rust on the structures. Rooms and halls very dated, with holes in walls, ripped wallpaper, and old dirty carpet. Furniture is all scuffed and dinged. The staff was kind and friendly. 」

「clean room staff was friendly and it was a great stay breakfast was fresh and the bar had a great selection overall it was a 10 out of 10. i would recommend this place to everyone that goes to galena. also it had a shuttle bus from the hotel to main street we had a wonderful time on our 35th anniversary 」

First hotel I ever stayed at that had a door to the bedroom The pillows were extremely comfortable I would like to purchase them for myself Their breakfast area was excellent. Lots of seating and a great variety of offerings especially for children. The only thing missing was a waffle maker I had gone down there before my wife by a few minutes. I have to use a crutch walker and while I was preparing my plate, a staff member asked if I...

「Every employee was so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Used the kiosk for checkout , that was even faster and easier. We ate at the little Keller’s Cafe. Adorable and delicious. Thanks for a great experience」
