「Great hotel in a perfect location in downtown Boise.」

「I'm 74 years old, not handicapped by any means but can at times lose my balance. In the shower there was no bath mat nor grab bars. I fell, hitting my ribs on the side of the tub. Luckily I didn't break any ribs, and the there i was folded up inside the tub wondering if I could get up or not. I went to the desk and asked for a manager but of course there were none on site. The desk clerk said that there was supposed to be a bath mat. I don't know who's fault that was,housekeeping or maybe there...

「We were traveling for a conference, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was well worth including breakfast with our stay. Bar drinks were excessively expensive, but that is not what we were there for, so it didn't matter much.」

「This is a super location tight in the center of town. The breakfast was great and there is always coffee and hot water out along with apples! I do water aerobics at home and was able to go early every morning and keep up my routine. Staff was super friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend booking your stay there.」
