「The property is very outdated. The pool area was nice but no bar was open, no service. Never took a hot shower. Luke warm water with old plumbing. Spacious rooms was the only plus. Front desk staff was not attentive to guests. It is what it is. No one went above and beyond.」

「This hotel is definitely a hidden gem as far as the location. The pool was clean and the hot tub was actually hot. The rooms are nice, we had a very pretty view of the ocean. Our wedding party had 8 rooms at the hotel. 4 of the 8 had issues that could not be resolved (severe ant problem in bathroom, standing water in tub, broken fan, no working plugs in room, no hot water, tv not working). 「Staff was friendly, location and amenities were good but our room broke our experience. In places the property looks like it's falling apart but they are actively renovating so thats a plus. Our room looked dated and had missing fixtures. The worst part was the ac stopped working after day 1 and was just blowing dry air and not cold and leaking profusely. I had to put a towel under it to stop the water and after a day the towel was soaked and water was pooling. I really wanted to like this place...

The rooms need refreshing and the shower was so disgusting that we were not able to use to shower. The staff were nice and the breakfast was simple but good. The gaps in the doors and windows allowed the mosquitoes to attack the whole night.」
