「There was duct tape on the bathroom door holding it together. There are much nicer hotels that I would spend my money on next time.」

「The outdoor of the property was very clean. Except for my room it had a very high smell of urine and dog hairs on the carpet. Also one of The under cupboard handle was broken. I spoke to a young man by the front desk and he says he would have sent a maintenance man but no one came.. house keeping cleaned the room on the second day a the high urine spell wasn’t as high anymore. Other than that the hotel was ok.」

「The hotel itself is a fine place to "rest your head" as another guest had stated. The hotel is of average cleanliness you'd expect. The front desk was one staff member, who was also responsible for all phone calls and running the hotel bar as well. The poor man looked very stressed and overworked, as did any staff you saw, which was quite rare. There was no personality, no greeting, just people struggling to do multiple jobs. The hotel is in sub par shape, the pool door is broken and freezing...

「First I want to start by saying the staff was phenomenal!! Erica McKelvey the Hotel manager deserves a raise she went above and beyond taking care of us during our stay. I also want to mention the front desk staff La'Shawn and Shaquana they where extremely helpful as well. The ladies in the breakfast area kept everything stocked and warm, there were 3 Ladies, Faith was one of them, I did not get the other 2 names but they should be recognized as well for all of their hard work!!! I have 1...

「Room service is only certain days for certain floors so make sure you ask when it is. During my week stay I had one day of service. When I asked front desk staff to send them, they ignored me.」
