「I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been modest in terms of comfort and cleanliness, but this time was much worse than previous visits. Our check-in was slow (if friendly), with staff members chatting for several minutes before dealing with us (and the growing line of guests). 「Clean and renovated room, good coffee in room, nice restaurant and bar on the property. The staff was very overwhelmed at dinner time. They need to hire more staff for the restaurant and honestly for the property in general. I needed an iron and the front desk told me I had to wait over an hour for housekeeping to arrive to have them bring me an iron.」

「Great location. We appreciate it outside access directly to room. Parking available on site around the corner in the garage was great. We got one of the last spots however. Bar next door was fine. Right in the main historic district so everything within walking distance. Didn't try attached restaurant due to so many other places available. Staff and housekeeping were friendly an accommodating.
