"The lady staff member who checked us in was WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond! Male next night was not as nice or welcoming but everyone else was. Place is gorgeous, pool water is warm and heavenly. That male staff member on 2nd night made us feel like criminals for staying in water at 10:01pm! The female gave us time to dry off and sit and relax, the guy could not wait to lock the door!! Rude! Like it really mattered! Overall would stay again and again. Great location, great food nearby, great spacious basic room. Very comfortable and dogs and humans both felt very welcomed:)"

"So many hotels don't have a fan in the bathroom and it fogs up. There was a fan that worked, and it didn't rattle. Aside from the mini fridge not being level and causing items to come out, the room felt warm and inviting. "

"New hotel, decent breakfast, spacious room, clean and really friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms was really nice, outdoor seating area, exercise equipment and laundry were all wonderful."

"Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!"
