「Sapa house is awesome. Especially, the manager, Joseph, has good attitude. He will help you to book everything you want like the local tour, the train or bus tickets and the price is fair. We had a good stayed ever in Sapa. Also, The room is clean and the location is good and quiet.」

「My family of three stayed here on August 2024. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency. 「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...
