「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather.
We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...
「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」
「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere.
Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing.

「The view of the valley and train is stunning. However, there are construction sites around. And the day we stay, there was a wedding party at the garden, which is really noisy. 」
「I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly.
One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. However, if you type either names into Google Map, it'll return a location marker with the name "Sapa Mountain Resort,...
「Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel.
The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! 」
「Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!」

"I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.
The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!"
