From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and friendly making us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and it has everything you need to relax from an amazing view to a massage room. The breakfast was great with even an omelet station. We would definitely recommend it to anybody that wants not only a relaxing but welcoming experience.

1st the staff ate all nice and friendly and very helpful. 2nd the room > our room is a little small also the the bathroom understandable because it’s a small hotel but its clean. Water pressure for shower 8/10 i like it. 3rd the breakfast > breakfast is good simple but good . But we stayed for 4day i wish it change every day or every 2days the menu. Last Location > it’s walkable to Moana , petting zoo, cafe, some restaurants but I don’t think i can walk to the center even it say 8 minutes walk the incline will kill me 😂 so we use grab all the time.

A lot of choices for breakfast. The hotel is pretty clean as well as the room. We stayed at a family room with 2 queen beds and one full and a tub. The highlight of our stay is the staff members. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. They will give you recommendations, greet you as soon as they see you. They always give us juices or tea whenever we are in the lobby waiting for our ride. We will definitely gonna come back to this hotel. There are a lot of other hotels around the town. But the service we received from them is what’s gonna make us to come back. Also, very convenient location with a great view.

Staff is what makes it special. The views are incredible. Rooms have everything you need. Quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. They made us a quick takeaway in the morning as we left early.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures online. It is old and outdated. The room looks newer than outside but the bedding smelled even after they changed the cover. 3 stars is for the location. For the price I could stay somewhere so much nicer.

Comfortable stay

This is a very nice hotel overlooking the mountains. The staff is beyond accommodating, always welcoming you with cinnamon tea, delicious. When we were leaving we did not have enough time for breakfast due to an early bus, the receptionist ran out to our Grab to give us hard boiled eggs, bananas and two bottles of water. The hotel is clean and the beds comfortable. We recommend this location and hotel.
