Conveniently located near Sapa Station about a minute walk away. Is also nearby to lots of shops and eateries. Has a cozy lounge/dinning reception area. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Selena, she helps with arranging our day trip and kept checking in on my family. It makes our stay warm and pleasant.

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel was probably the best one yet. The rooms are all clean and fresh, fantastic beds and great shower. The bar is great and the food is top class. The lady called Dua on reception and the man were fantastic, they went above and beyond and made the stay even better. Top marks. Recommended to all x

We loved our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel. We had the warmest welcome from the staff at reception. We've stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam during our travels and the staff here were by far the friendliest, especially Selena who was really helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in the centre, perfect location and has a cafe right next to reception. It felt really cozy staying there over Christmas. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great value for money.

Cold and dirty room

The staff were friendly, but main receptionist was very strong on trying to sell trips. The room was cold and heating could only be turned on while in the room and due to the big gaps arround windows, it didn't stay warm for long. The bathroom was really dirty and could really do with some maintenance.

It’s a budget hotel so perhaps I’m being too tough, but there were a number of things that annoyed me. At check in you get a pretty hard sell on tours by not one but two staff. Why the room would have a large window looking into the interior hallway, was a mystery, but a great way for guests to hear the housekeepers banging, clanking, talking loudly, and constant chatter of two-way radios. At check out, they send staff to the room to check that you didn’t steel the towels, ashtrays or all anny other items that were listed with prices on a sign. Is theft so high that you have to delay every guest at checkout and leave a bad impression for those of us who don’t want your stained, greying bathmat?
