「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

We complained when we returned Saturday evening and were given towels by the front desk clerk (it was too late for maid service), but we were blamed for the problem. The clerk said we had clothes on the bed WHICH WE DID NOT, but they still didn't change towels. They said we didn't notify them that we wanted our room serviced by putting out a door tag requesting it. The only door tag for our room was one...

「The room was clean and bug free. It needed simple necessities in order to function as a comfortable place to stay. Simple things such as rug on the bathroom floor by the tub to prevent slips and falls holes in the walls that needed to be patched up I didn't get much hand soap by the sink and body wash needs to be filled in the tub Vince needs to be dusted. Making sure that equipment is replaced in a prompt manner for breakfast. I know things can happen but this is a business not someones house!...
