"Room was clean,staff was friendly. Parts of the room and building could use updating. I usually stay at The Tru by Hilton….I like that there is no carpet on the floor,everything is streamlined,no hidden spaces. This should be considered in all Hiltons. Carpet traps too many germs. "

"Room was super clean though somewhat dated as others have mentioned. Felt safe and comfortable in a second floor room. The coffee at 6:00 am was old and cold and the fresh pot was simply added to the old coffee. The Continental Breakfast was like most hotels, and I would not have paid extra if it had been required. I would consider staying here again with a few modest improvements as the price was indeed reaaonable."

"The outlets by the bathroom sink did not work, the bed skirt was all ripped , and the tub was dirty in the outer part . This is my fifth time staying here and every time it’s looking a little worse . "

"The listing in hotels.com should've really told us that it was under some renovation as renovation was both noisy and a little bit dirty in the lobby area. They also should've told us that the rowing showers were not currently available because of the reconstruction. Staff was lovely and various assisting, our issues."
