「We had late check-in. Stephanie (?) called to let me know what I needed to do. Everything was easy to find. The rooms were very nice. There had been some rain so there were a few extra critters that came inside but the front desk sent someone down to take care of them. Was disappointed that the pool play area wasn't working since I had grandkids that were looking forward to it. We did make it work and the little one enjoyed the slide.」

「The room was very nice and clean. it was a condo type suite and felt very private. The property was gorgeous and right on the lake but still close to everything. Loved our stay here will be returning next time.」

「The hotel itself is nothing fancy but it was ckean. Let's face it. We stay there for the water park and thi gs for the kids. That was all great! 」

「The only drawbacks to the facility, is the fact that it has a small footprint. Which in turn restricts the building access points and restricts the the patrons to straight up and down or long, two way, lateral movements with limited elevators, which lead to crowding. This by no means makes this facility bad place to stay...just limited. The staff more than made up for this inherent limitation. They were outstanding all the way down to the housekeeping. The breakfast staff were very attentive...

「This is the second time my family has vacationed here and we absolutely enjoy it. It’s quiet and clean. They have opened their new pool since the first time we stayed and my boys really enjoyed it. They have a new restaurant/bar on the property and the food was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to others. Can’t wait till our next vacation.」

「My husband and I booked this property for a romantic getaway. I was pleasantly surprised; the property is safe-providing a door code for the main door for after hours entry. It was so quiet; I felt like we were the only ones there. I was caught off guard at the size of the room; it is very small and compact, there is not a refrigerator, microwave or iron. None of those things would prevent me from staying again. We had the best time ever and look forward to booking again. 」
