"Was very nervous because I've never been to Fredericksburg but as soon as I pulled in I was blown away at this beautiful apartment, very cozy, well kept, lovely decor, very spacious. It was only 2 of us but 4 can stay comfortably. The beds are super comfy. I didn't feel like I had to sanitize and deep clean while I was there."

"We enjoyed the peace, solitude, stars & relaxing on the covered deck. Even enjoyed the storm that passed through, early morning. Watching the cows, deer, horses & birds & butterflies around. Perfect for mom & daughter trip or romantic getaway. Will plan to go back & recommend to others. Far enough out to enjoy peace but close enough to all the towns activities!"

"Everything was perfect for our anniversary getaway! So many thoughtful touches throughout the property that made it feel inviting and comfortable. We especially enjoyed feeding the deer that came to the back gate each evening. I appreciated the cleanliness of the property as well; I am a complete clean freak and this cottage definitely lived up to my standards. "

"Greeted by the new owners, enjoyed a glass of wine while showing us the property and our room. We stayed in the prohibition room, bedroom was upstairs. Bed itself was a full, but sooooooooo extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to see all the new life brought into the place in the future!! Breakfast was AMAZING "
