「Clean enough and convenient location」

「I’m not usually one to be fussy or nitpicky…but the room was not clean, socks left by previous guests, trash on bathroom floor, mystery stains in the fridge, on the table and bathroom counter. I cleaned things up but probably should have just went and asked for a different room.」

「There were two TV’s neither worked, power went out several times during my stay!! Arrived on Saturday evening wasn’t able to get into another room until late afternoon the next day Sunday. Excuse was no maintenance on sight!! Hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved into a more suitable room until Sunday. checked out Monday morning. So not a good experience」

「Traveled to this hotel for a night in the city very nice and clean only thing that disturb me was the noise all throughout the night idk if it doors being slammed or what but we stayed on the first floor I already could sleep because of the amount of noise I kept hearing throughout the entire night」

「Friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated my request to switch rooms to a quieter location, but did not inform us that the room would be downgraded. I paid for a king suite and did not get it, so that was disappointing. Overall good experience. The bathroom could use some attention, there was stuff splattered on the walls, fingernail clippings behind the door and no hot water.」
