"Clean rooms but there was no replacement of used towels or emptying trash cans. No one looked at any form of clean room cleanup. The breakfast bar was a total disaster the second day (no refiling of food, indifferent attitude of staff, no clean up of the eating area). The front desk attendant seemed oblivious to the problem when notified. No staff attendant available for checkout despite the several travelers waiting. "

"Very nice, cozy ànd comfortable hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming to me. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the host Ellen was terrific! She made me the best toast and oatmeal that was absolutely delicious!"
