"Best place to stay in Flint, Olivia is the best!!!"

"We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and needed medication that was locked in there so they called maintenance and he said the same thing to wait until morning I said that is unacceptable so he decided he would drill the lock to our room. The manager then told him to wait until she got there and did not show up until midnight and acted like she was saving the day 3 hours after we were locked out of our room. Never will we stay there again. If you do decide to stay there bring all of your belongings everytime you leave the room even if it’s just to go across the street because if you get locked out they’ll try to get into it tomorrow not at the time of the problem."

"The refrig in room 106 is not working properly - it freezes everything solid, even on the lowest setting."

"The staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but it was fresh and the area was kept clean. We had my sister’s memorial dinner and service in a meeting room and Kendra and Trevon were absolutely amazing."

"The pool was very cold so used the hot tub but the controls didn’t seem to work. Also the place is big and takes a long time to get to where you’re going. The curtains in my room didn’t shut so very light in there all night. Also no fridge and no microwave?? Never been in a hotel with no fridge. I would rate my stay a 5 but breakfast was a 10. Great selection"
