「Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. 」

「HVAC did not work in the room. The front desk gentlemen and myself tried to get working but to no avail. Most likely air handler. 」

「We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. Once we got to our room I was making up my bed to get in it and I noticed there...

「The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a lot of charm. The bathroom was small, but adequate. The shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. It’s a very old building which is part of its charm. One issue.. They were having construction work done and all the parking was roped off. It started the day before we checked out. We should have been informed of where to park. One of the construction team directed us. Other than that, our stay was delightful..」
