「Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.」

「The Brown Hotel is beautiful! It is like taking a trip back in time when you walk in the door.I love the architectural grandeur of the whole place, the elegant carpets, drapes, furniture, and paintings. The staff is so friendly, from the person who greets you at the door to the servers in the restaurants. Two of the meeting rooms are named after famous racehorses- Citation and Secretariat.
