「KK at the front desk was so accommodating at check in. Fast, easy, check in. Arrived later than I had anticipated due to traffic conditions and needed to get checked in and on my way to an appointment. KK got me checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way to my appointment! Have stayed at this Sonesta many, many times and plan to in the future due to their great customer service and clean rooms and facilities. Thank you KK and Sonesta for a great travel experience! 🤗」

「Very clean. Great shuttle service to cruise ports and airport! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Strangely though, the have advertisements in hallways and elevators for their bar, which does not exist. Good drinks and food next door though at Hyatt House. Definitely recommend this property.」
