Room with was filthy hallways filthy…room had busted bathroom door that door wouldnt shut. Clock was busted. A/C unit was all cracked…floors had so much dust along the walls. Shower head was loaded with mold. Stayed one night only bc we arrived in middle of night. Quickly booked another hotel the next day. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if it was free. Pictures do not match the condition the property is actually in. Book at your own risk!

The staff was super nice. The location to the airport was easy and close. The pool area was fine and the outside tables were a nice touch. Breakfast was out of items by 9:00. Our wake up call to the airport never came. The airport shuttle runs limited hours. The exercise equipment was in poor condition. Location to anything but the airport is not handy. We have stayed at La Quinita many times before. Unfortunately this one was a bit tired and run down.

The room was ready and clean, quiet area overlooking a lake. The shuttle guy was extremely helpful and accommodating picking us up from airport and offering to shuttle to dinner as well. Check in was fast and easy. The breakfast was a great continental breakfast with the awesome waffle machine. They have an extra shuttle service to port Canaveral but we took Ubar. Great price for a good quality hotel.

They whole for cleaning great, except the appliance in the room like the tub, shower head, and the knob are old and need to be repaired to newer. I wish I had known more about this hotel before booking. Upon checking in, the room had someone else in it when we tried to open the door and the desk staff really did not care when told about this key detail!!! That alone was a terrrible start to the stay and could have turned so ugly - it barely got a shrug at the front desk. There were a lot of problems with the room from a broken toilet seat to a broken coffee machine, there was no service to the room over three days, a completely outdated, and unmaintained gym, old elevators, a dog walking the hallway with no leash on it and a vibe that there is something illegal taking place in some of the rooms. The evening staff is often missing, and no one answers the phone! We would never stay there again. However I would like to acknowledge Lloyd who is a wonderful person, and should be given a raise!

Rough experience here. Airport shuttle took an hour and a half to arrive. When calling for updates they said it was traffic but there was none on the way there. Room was dirty, crumbs on the bed. TV did not work. Not helpful in trying to fix. Elevators are super slow. 5th floor could be a 5 minute ride. Breakfast was empty at 8am- 2 yogurts left. Building is in a beautiful setting but in need of repairs. Felt like a cheap motel but paid over $200 for a night. I get that cancelled flights had them very busy, but this felt like they just didn’t care.

Elevators were in need of deep cleaning. Breakfast room was very crowded due to cruise travelers, not enough seating. I waited an hour for the shuttle from Ft Lauderdale airport even though I was told on two calls that it would be there in just a few minutes. My room shower was not ready: no curtain, soap or shampoo.
