「Booked a last minute reservation in the evening. Upon arriving I was met with the front desk employee (Sherry) who was extremely rude during the entire time while I was trying to check in. Very unprofessional and was using her personal cell phone. Tried to state my payment was declined and requested an additional payment without looking into my reservation. Wanted to dismiss me quickly only until another employee came and helped me. If this hotel wasn't a last resort, I would have booked...

「The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Great location. Breakfast was good/decent. We were there for just one night, and spent just sleep time & breakfast there, but, for our purposes - it was terrific. Price was great, service, staff, location, etc. were all more than expected! I would recommend. (We did not use the pool, so no idea)」
