「Arrived at 10pm. People sleeping on the street. Only street parking, valet was $55 per night. Asked security outside if my car would get broken into if we parked on the street, he replied he couldn’t make any promises. Continued to check in, as soon as we walked into the room we were hit by a wave of odor. We decided to stay else where. Staff was nice. Hotel is not giving us a refund. Very disappointed.」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「The hallway smells odd in a bad way, and there were many black hairs all over the hotel room. Staff was nice though. Room gets a bit hot because of the type of air conditioner.」

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」
