「The property and staff are excellent. Trotters Restaurant inside the facility is reasonably priced and serves well prepared meals. The bed mattress was soft yet very comfortable. I also liked that the room temperatures were controlled by a thermostat instead of a window unit. Best Inn that I ever stayed at for the price I paid. I would definitely stay again when I am in town. 」

My room was so lovely, it literally made me gasp when I entered it. I looked exactly like the pictures and was spacious, beautiful and comfortable! If I'm in Charleston, I'll be staying at the Hyatt Place!」

「The hotel is in the heart of Charleston and we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel rooms are so cute and beds very comfy! We loved the pool and restaurant attached to it. The coffee shop was awesome too!」

「The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean but the toilet paper holder was broken. I told the front desk and they offered to send someone up to fix it. I told them not to worry as we were only staying one night. Breakfast was okay. 」

「Check in was easy with the exception of getting in to the building. Parking had plenty of available spaces. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and everyday had a different selection. Check out was also seamless. It was an overall great experience and we will definitely stay there again.」
