"This is the absolute cutest little guest house. The owner thought of everything down to the cookware and stemware. Anything you could need is provided. And the macrame chairs on the porch are so darn cute and cozy. We enjoyed our stay immensely!"

Hair dryers in the bathroom and cleaning products. Pool passes and parking passes . Restaurant and bar on premise and a tiki bar by the pool ! Excellent place "

"The owners were great here! They pointed out all the “must see” sights that interested us specifically. Also made great dinner suggestions but NOTHING beat the stuffed French toast we had in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a truly tranquil accommodation "

"This B&B provided what was probably the best B&B experience we have ever had. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, as were the public rooms. and our bed was very comfortable. Adequate parking was available in the rear of the property. The breakfast food was amazing. Innkeepers Tracy and Gretchen Du Peza could not have been nicer, especially when we missed the usual check in time by several hours. The rate was more than reasonable. We will certainly stay at the Benjamin Ellis House...

"I was in Jacksonville for a wedding. The hotel was convenient to everything I could need and had a lovely little bar where I was able to unwind with some of the other out of town wedding guests. I had a small issue with the breaker on the bathroom light flipping and maintenance came in and took care of it immediately. All in all - great room, great service. I will definitely book ag ain the next time I am in Jacksonville. "

Easy walk to the beach for which this property has beach towels and chairs. Great property that we would highly recommend! "
