"The room and facility were amazing. Checkout time on the door was incorrect though and we found that out the unpleasant way. Room service started knocking on and opening the door at 9am. This continued until 11:15 three different times when a manager came up and asked if we were leaving and we told them that we had till noon per the plaque on the door. They then went on to tell us it was 11am checkout time and that they had not updated the door plaque. It was on them. Honestly would have been a...

"Everything was perfect except for check in. Arrived at 2:50 prior to normal schedule check in time at 3pm. Our suite wasnt ready. Didnt receive my keycard until a hour later. The hotell was either short staffed or they were just taking their sweet ole time. "

"Although I felt safe there was many homeless people on the street in front , it was close to subway so I think that is why , there was a lot of police around and everyone was friendly , and every morning they were out cleaning the sidewalks put in a lot of steps to get to Washington sites but the price was certainly reasonable , lots of coffee shops around . "

"I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn for years, and I wasn't expecting the greatest accomodations. However, this centrally located hotel exceeded my expectations! It was clean and fresh. The service was like a 5-star hotel. The common areas provided everything a guest would need at a reasonable price, restaurant and bar combo, business center, etc. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent as well, near the metro and walking distance to lively 14th St and P street."

"The property was in a great location for all of the iconic attractions in downtown Washington. The breakfast was great we ate there everyday. Only problem was the air conditioning and heating did not work properly. We could not set the temperature in the room it was either too warm or too cool."
